Probably won't happen, but NBC has made a note that if election day news coverage continues overnight and into November 9, there is a possibility Today could be extended to 2PM, which would mean "Days" would be preempted. As of now, there are only 7 hours of election night coverage planned (7PM-2AM). Edited by Jason47, Oct 21 2016, 02:19 PM.

What the hell on this election day??? :wtf: This never happened before. Have to say, this election is looking like a joke, but it's highly entertaining. |

After this wild & crazy election cycle watching Days on Nov 9th would be a welcome diversion. I really hope Nov sweeps are worth watching. |

I think about the time California comes in, it will be over. In reality, as of now, the race isn't close. Clinton is way ahead, and I expect another surprise or two for Trump before it's over. On average, she is 7-8 points ahead nationally, and even Georgia is back in play (a WSB poll, the Atlanta ABC affiliate shows Clinton 4 points ahead as of this weekend. That's unreal!). It will stop at 2am, unless some people riot because of perceived fraud that is unsubstantiated. Trump has been saying, for a solid week, that if he loses it's because of voter fraud. Polls be damned and the fact that she has 286 electoral votes basically in the bag doesn't matter. He'll never concede defeat, and he's only saying it because he's losing. THAT may continue coverage but I pray to God above not. I pray for a peaceful outcome, and that reasonable Republicans will get their party back on track by standing by the results. I feel bad for reasonable people stuck with him as a nominee, and as for me, I don't find it entertaining anymore. He's infuriating. |

You're not alone, believe me. I hope those who post political crap find a POLITICAL forum and then they can take their unsullied white gloves off and whine away. |

Well...it was the first post on this. And we are thinking how crazy this election is going to be. I just hope NBC don't extend the talk of it the next day or on election. I would have a nightmare! |

I mean, it's being brought up now because the show will likely be preempted. |

Perhaps don't click on the threads that involve political issues. ie a preemption due to election or Ari Zucker being spoken about grossly by one of the candidates. Both the daily threads and the spoiler threads seem to be politics free - as is the GREG VAUGHAN returns THREAD. Edited by concerned, Oct 17 2016, 06:04 PM.

Today's episode, had good moments. Marlena mentions Bo to Hope! Loving this cousin relationship with Hope and Jennifer. One of them saying 'Cuz'. Gabi makes a reference between the careers with JJ and Rafe Gabi and Chad bonding, even though I am not with this. Xander escaping away from Salem. Hope he comes back and tells off to Deimos. Another story, hope Days use this in the future. |

I am sorry :sadwalk: I thought this too, was a thread to talk about the episodes of this week. I also write in the daily thread as you mention too. I just want to know, from Jason47, what this thread is really about since he posts these every week. Because I think it's also to talk about the episodes. |

It's to talk about the information that he posts in the first post. The daily episode threads are to talk about the daily episodes. We try not to have multiple threads for the same topic. |
